Party with Gilli

Hope you're enjoying your weekend, and you have some time to craft and enter some challenges!  Make sure to come join our challenge at House of Gilli, which is to use pearls, swirls and lace on your card.  Every day or two a member of the DT adds a new sample card, so be sure to stop by each day to have a look.  :)   I inked up Balloon Gilli for my card, and colored with Copics.  I added some lace to Gilli's dress, and I also colored the lace with Copics.  The neckline of the dress was embellished with pearls, and I added a bit of glitter to the swirls of the dp.  While I was cutting out Gilli, I decided to trim her hair just for the fun of it.  That's one of the many things I love about Gilli stamps, they're easy to cut out, and they're wonderful to color.  Here's a look at my card for the challenge at HOG :
Come join us, and you'll have a chance at winning a Gilli goodie!!!  Thanks for stopping by!!!  :)

CAS Challenge at Through the Craftroom Door

Hi, hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day!  I still have some Valentine cards to finish up, and hopefully I'll get them out before St. Patrick's Day.  I have a fun challenge to post for Through the Craftroom Door.  This challenge is to make a Clean and Simple (CAS) card, and you must include a sentiment.  This always requires much thought for me, but I also love CAS cards.  Just need more practice I guess.  I used a mini-Gilli stamp for my card, and colored with Copics.  I added a little bit of shimmer with Star Dust Jelly Roll pen.  I embossed the sentiment for the card.
I hope you come join us at TTCRD.  The prize for this challenge is a one year PDF subscription to Through the Craftroom Door!!!

I'm entering my card in the following challenges:
