Happy Spring
Inspired by a pinterest cake design, I made an Easter/Spring cake. It took waaaaay more frosting than I thought I needed; next time I would plan with this in mind. I don't make cakes very often and decorate them even less, so this one here is a bit of a practice one. The frosting should have been a more creamy, but honestly, by the time I noticed this, I didn't care enough to remove the frosting from the decorating bags and begin again, lol. It looks wonderful. But, I do know how hard it is to make frosting so i understand what you may see. I am sure it was delicious. Hope your Easter was wonderful. Hope all is well.
