Outlawz Birthday Card Challenge ~ February 21

Happy Monday Everyone ~ It's time for the birthday challenge over at Outlawz!!!!  The theme for this week is "anything winter" and I'm hoping it represents a farewell to winter.  ;)   We had a taste of Spring last week which fooled me into thinking we'd have no more cold weather.  My birthday card features an image from Pink Cat Studio and is colored with Copics.  The snowman got a coating of Diamond Glaze on his hat and the frogs some Star Dust Stickles on their little stocking caps.  The snowman and background got a sprinkling of MS glitter, and the snowflake punch-outs are by MS.
