Party at Outlawz!!!

We have extra prizes for challenges this week over at Outlawz!  Today begins the Birthday Challenge which is to design a Western theme card; that also has a birthday sentiment on the front.  I found a cute cowgirl card to use for this challenge, and she's a digi image from Pink Cat Studio.  As usual I colored the image with Copics on Cryogen paper.  I added Diamond glaze to the balloon and Star Dust stickles to the hat band.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great Monday!

    Your coloring blows me away Ann!!! Absolutely STUNNING work!!! I love this cute and fun card!!! It is so cute that I would not be able to give it away :) The rope is a clever element and it looks fantastic!!
