Outlawz Birthday Card Challenge ~ February 28

Happy Monday!!!!  It's time for the weekly Outlawz Birthday Card Challenge.  Your card this week should include a circle and string or ribbon.  Please come and join us we'd love to have you.  :)   My Pink Cat Studio image was colored with Copics.  I used a MS border punch, as well as Spellbinders' circle dies.  I made my ribbon into a flower, and it's the first time I've ever done this so hopefully it'll get a bit better with time.  ;)   Thanks so much for stopping by.  :)
